May 20th Presentation to Supervisor Horn

In May, 2010, several BVA Directors met with San Diego County Supervisor Bill Horn to review and seek assistance with the Palm Canyon Vitalization Plan, in particular with planned improvements in the public right-of-way. Supervisor Horn was impressed with the initial plan, and agreed to work with the BVA to help find support and funding for further implementation.
