Borrego Springs,
California is an appealing rural desert community
located in Northeastern San Diego County between San
Diego and Palm Springs. Borrego is in its formative
discovery period and offers a variety of promising
business opportunities due to its currently
under-developed retail and commercial state, its
growing population base, and its strong seasonal
tourist and visitor based economy.
The Borrego Village
Association has done work related to identifying and
segmenting target consumer markets, and in Summer,
2009, conducted a survey aimed at identifying
potential business opportunities.
