Early on, the
BVA devoted time and effort to developing an
appropriate vision for Borrego’s downtown core. As
part of that activity, in 2007 BVA Board members
Betsy Knaak and Ben Nourse developed short
“aspirational vignettes” as the nascent BVA was
working on its mission. While times have passed and
Borrego has changed since then, these present
"vision" in thought-provoking and inspiring ways:
